Kitchen Inspired is a locally produced cooking show by Little Gardens Everywhere, a program of Plymouth Area Renewable Energy Initiative (PAREI). It is filmed at Inspire Café located in Ashland, NH and filmed by EVP Marketing and Media in Campton, NH. Each year Kitchen Inspired will ask a new local chef to be their cook and come up with creative recipes to share with viewers.
The first ‘Kitchen Inspired’ show aired in November, 2020 and had over 750 viewings! The show is a fun, hands-on production that supports backyard gardeners, our area farmers, local chefs, and their work. Our goal is to inspire a positive environment around healthy and sustainable eating and cooking practices. A charitable donation to the ‘Kitchen Inspired’ Cooking Show will help us sustain our efforts to inspire others to cook using foods sourced locally or grown in their home gardens.
Kitchen Inspired is part of a larger mission of the new Little Gardens Everywhere program to increase locally grown food in the greater Plymouth area. We are a supportive resource to the community providing gardening education to new and seasoned gardeners. We do this by establishing and helping to maintain public garden spaces for all to harvest from and educating the community through workshops and presentations hosted by garden experts and farmers. We also encourage and support neighbors who garden to come together as neighborhood collaboratives where they can share tools, knowledge, and harvests.
