Come learn some tips, techniques and recipes so you can make local tomatoes last all year long! We’ll have a panel of three tomato experts on hand to offer suggestions about how to make tomato sauce, tomato juice, ketchup, and sundried tomatoes.

Our panelists will share simple tricks such as how to freeze tomatoes and what to do with them once frozen. You’ll also learn about the different varieties of tomatoes and which variety is best for which dishes.
